Service Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments & Scheduling
All appointments are subject to technician availability. Appointment times are approximate; delays may occur due to prior job conditions or traffic. Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All pricing will be provided upfront before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Additional work not included in the original estimate will require customer approval and may be subject to additional charges.
3. Access to Property
The customer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the property, including crawl spaces, utility rooms, and work areas. Cap Hill Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if safe access cannot be provided.
4. Materials & Warranties
All parts and equipment are sourced from trusted suppliers. Cap Hill Plumbing provides a 2-year warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise specified in writing. Manufacturer warranties will be honored in addition to Cap Hill Plumbing’s warranty.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, and approved financing (if available). Past-due balances may incur late fees and collection costs.
6. Limitations of Liability
Cap Hill Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or issues unrelated to the services performed. We are not liable for damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain plumbing systems.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. Emergencies
Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
