At Cap Hill Plumbing, we stand behind our work. We want every customer to have peace of mind knowing that our repairs and installations are backed by strong warranties. Below are the details of our coverage.

Repairs: 2-year warranty on parts and labor.

🔹 Water Heaters

Installation of new water heaters: 5-year warranty on parts and labor.

🔹 Sewer Line Repairs

Spot repairs: 2-year warranty on parts and labor.

Full sewer line replacement: 10-year warranty on parts and labor.

🔹 Main Water Line

Spot repairs: 2-year warranty on parts and labor.

Full main line replacement: 10-year warranty on parts and labor.

🔹 Water Filtration Systems

Whole-house water filtration installations: 10-year warranty on parts and labor.

🔹 Gas Lines

Spot repairs: 2-year warranty on parts and labor.

Full gas line replacement: 10-year warranty on parts and labor.

🔹 Drain Cleaning

Clog removal services: 30-day clog-free guarantee after clearing.

🔹 Customer-Supplied Parts or Equipment

If the customer provides the parts or equipment for installation, Cap Hill Plumbing provides a 1-year labor-only warranty.

No warranty is provided on the parts themselves.

⚠️ Exclusions & Limitations

Our warranties do not cover:

Failures caused by misuse, abuse, foreign objects (wipes, grease, toys, feminine products, excessive paper, etc.).

Pre-existing or hidden conditions unrelated to our work.

Damage from freezing, flooding, fire, power surges, pests, or acts of God.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, cartridges, anode rods).

Code upgrades or permit changes required after the original job.

Work altered by a third party after our service.

Provide your name, service address, job date/invoice number, and description of the issue.

We’ll schedule an inspection. If covered, repairs or replacements will be performed at no cost.

🔹 Liability

Cap Hill Plumbing’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of covered work at our discretion. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages (such as water damage to finishes, lost rent, or hotel stays).
